Services

Gas generation

Plants for the production of exogas/plants for the production of monogas
The plants are used to generate a protective or reaction gas atmosphere from gaseous or liquid fuels such as natural gas, propane, propane/butane etc. for metallurgical or chemical processes.
Endogas production plants
Endogas is of great importance as a reaction/carrier gas for certain gaseous components in hardening technology.
Plants for ammonia splitting
Plants for obtaining a hydrogen/nitrogen mixture from ammonia. If necessary, a downstream cleaning process to remove traces of ammonia or dry the cracked gas is possible.
Plants for nitrogen generation
Production of nitrogen from air, if necessary downstream purification plants to increase the gas quality.

We are happy to develop special processes for gas generation together with our customers.

 

Gas purification

Purification of industrial gases, such as argon, nitrogen, hydrogen etc. or their gas mixtures by various catalytic and adsorptive processes to increase gas purity. Particularly with expensive industrial gases, the use of loss-free regeneration should be examined depending on the plant process.
The processes can also be designed as recovery systems to reduce the consumption of the required industrial gas, which can lead to a significant reduction in process costs.
The group of gas purification plants also includes the removal of sulphur and its compounds from fuel gases, such as natural gas, by means of suitable adsorption processes.

We are also happy to develop special processes on the subject of gas purification together with our customers.

 

 

Gas drying

Drying of industrial gases, such as argon, nitrogen, hydrogen etc. or their gas mixtures by means of cold drying or adsorptive drying agents according to the requirements of our customers. Here, different dew points can be achieved depending on the process.
The processes can also be designed as recovery systems to reduce the consumption of the required industrial gas, which can lead to a significant reduction in process costs.

We are also happy to develop special processes on the subject of gas drying together with our customers.

 

 

 

Gas analysis

Various analytical methods in gas trace analysis or for the qualitative monitoring or control of the plant technology in our product range.

On customer request, we also supply complete analyser cabinets including the necessary sample gas conditioning depending on the process-technical requirements.

 

Service & maintenance

Our customers rely on good after-sales service throughout the entire life cycle of the plant. After commissioning, experienced engineers and technicians provide our customers with competent support, thus ensuring permanent plant availability at a high performance level.
